This agreement is a legal contract between you and Leiting VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile VPN application (the 'App').

Once you begin downloading or using this App, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to all terms of this agreement. Please read them carefully before use. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, source-code extraction, translation, or derivative development of this App or related marks is prohibited. Intellectual property rights in the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or fees, and material changes will be communicated to users in a reasonable manner. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality. We advise against jailbreaking or rooting devices because those actions may cause the App to fail or create security risks.

This Service integrates some necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). During use, you are simultaneously bound by the respective terms of service of these partners.

Explanation of service limitations: The functionality of this App relies on a stable network environment (Wi-Fi or mobile data). If the service cannot be used due to user device arrears, data limits, or poor network signals, the Service Provider assumes no related responsibility. When used outside of a Wi-Fi environment, your mobile carrier may incur data traffic charges. If you enable roaming outside your country of origin without using a suitable data plan, the resulting roaming charges must be borne by you. Before using this App, please ensure you have obtained permission from the bill payer.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. For example, service interruptions caused by device power loss, unpaid carrier bills, or poor local signal are outside our compensation scope. Although we work to provide accurate global route information, some data may come from third-party partners, and we are not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from that data. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install current versions when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate App services without prior notice. After termination, your license ends and you must stop using and delete the App.
